Bookings and payments

Your booking will be confirmed via email, once a deposit of $100 is paid. Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the party. Payments can be made via internet banking.

We also accept part payments to help make things easier as long as the invoice amount is paid in full 7 day prior to the event.

How long in advance can I book?

The earlier the better to ensure you get your date. However; we all know someone who decides at the last minute to have a party, so don't hesitate to contact me to get the ball rolling in creating a beautifully styled experience for you.

Is a travel fee charged?

No travel fee is charged for locations within 45 minutes of Richmond. For bookings beyond that distance, a travel fee may apply.

How much space do I need?

Each teepee/bed requires 1m wide, 2m long.

What if I have more than 4 children?

We can cater for up to 8 children in each sleepover. An additional cost applies for any teepees over the standard 4 included.

How long do we get to keep the setup?

The hire period is generally overnight however, dependent on the number of parties scheduled, setup could be done on a Friday and pick up will happen on the Sunday. There is also the option to have the setups for a day party.

What if damages occur?

We know accidents can happen so typically there are no charges for damages however, dependent on the product that is damaged and unrepairable then there would be a breakage fee.

What if a bed deflates?

We will leave you with a spare blow-up bed and an electric pump that remains with you in case you need to inflate the bed during the party.

Do I have to clean any of the items that we use?

No. All products are Scarlett Luxe Collective's responsibility to maintain and clean before and after each hire.
